Musafir Charity Program

By accessing or using the Musafir Charity Platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including donors and administrators.

The Musafir Charity Platform is a charitable giving system operated by the Musafir Charity Program. It enables community members to submit donation records, upload payment evidence, and track how pooled funds are allocated to verified charitable causes.

The Platform facilitates transparency and accountability in charitable giving. It does not process payments directly. All payments are made through third-party channels (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) and submitted to the Platform as evidence for verification.

To create an account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, email address, and optionally a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. You may not maintain more than one active account.

When you submit a donation record, you confirm that the payment described was genuinely made by you using one of the supported payment methods, and that the screenshot and transaction reference provided are authentic and unaltered.

Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading donation evidence is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Submission of a donation record does not guarantee that the donation will be verified. Verification is at the discretion of the Platform administrators, who may reject submissions that cannot be confirmed. Rejected submissions are retained in the audit log with the stated reason.

Approved donations enter a managed pool. The decision of how, when, and to which causes pooled funds are allocated rests with the Platform administrators, in accordance with the published Governance Framework.

While the Platform maintains full transparency of all allocation decisions, donors do not have a legal right to direct how their specific contribution is allocated once it has been verified and enters the pool.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, altered, or misleading donation evidence
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorised to access
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

The Musafir Charity Program and its administrators make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Musafir Charity Program shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

The Platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of the Musafir Charity Program and Devtri (platform engineering). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
